本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Easy Ecomap JP（以下「当サービス」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。当サービスをご利用いただく前に、本規約をよくお読みいただき、同意の上でご利用ください。
1. サービスの概要
当サービスは、ブラウザ上でエコマップ（家族関係図・ネットワーク図）を簡単に作成できる無料のオンラインツールです。
2. 利用条件
2.1 利用資格
- 当サービスは、年齢や国籍を問わず、どなたでもご利用いただけます
- 未成年者が利用する場合は、保護者の同意が必要です
2.2 アカウント
- 当サービスはアカウント登録不要でご利用いただけます
- データはユーザーのブラウザ内にのみ保存されます
3. 禁止事項
ユーザーは、当サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません：
- 法令に違反する行為
- 他者の権利を侵害する行為
- 公序良俗に反する行為
- サービスの運営を妨害する行為
- 不正アクセスやハッキング行為
- ウイルスやマルウェアの送信
- 過度な負荷をかける行為
- 商用利用における不当な競争行為
- その他、当サービスが不適切と判断する行為
4. 知的財産権
4.1 サービスの知的財産権
- 当サービスに関する著作権、商標権等の知的財産権は、運営者に帰属します
- ユーザーは、当サービスを利用する目的でのみ、これらを使用できます
4.2 ユーザー作成コンテンツ
- ユーザーが作成したエコマップの著作権は、ユーザーに帰属します
- 当サービスはユーザーのデータにアクセスしません
- ユーザーは自己の責任でデータを管理してください
5. 免責事項
5.1 サービスの提供
- 当サービスは「現状有姿」で提供されます
- サービスの継続性、完全性、正確性を保証するものではありません
- 技術的な問題により、予告なくサービスを停止する場合があります
5.2 損害の責任制限
- 当サービスの利用により生じた直接・間接の損害について、運営者は一切の責任を負いません
- データの消失や破損について、運営者は責任を負いません
- ユーザーは自己の責任でデータのバックアップを行ってください
6. データの取り扱い
- ユーザーのエコマップデータは、ブラウザのローカルストレージにのみ保存されます
- 当サービスのサーバーには、ユーザーデータは保存されません
- データの管理・バックアップは、ユーザーの責任で行ってください
7. サービスの変更・終了
- 運営者は、事前の通知なしにサービス内容を変更・追加・削除できます
- 運営者の都合により、サービスを終了する場合があります
- サービス終了時は、可能な限り事前に通知いたします
8. 規約の変更
- 運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できます
- 重要な変更がある場合は、サービス内で通知します
- 変更後も継続して利用される場合は、変更に同意したものとみなします
9. 準拠法・管轄裁判所
- 本規約は日本法に準拠します
- 当サービスに関する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Easy Ecomap JP ("the Service"). Please read these
Terms carefully before using the Service and agree to them before use.
1. Service Overview
The Service is a free online tool that allows users to easily create ecomaps (family relationship
diagrams and network diagrams) in a web browser.
2. Terms of Use
2.1 Eligibility
- The Service is available to anyone regardless of age or nationality
- Minors must obtain parental consent before using the Service
2.2 Account
- The Service can be used without account registration
- Data is stored only in the user's browser
3. Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in the following activities when using the Service:
- Activities that violate laws and regulations
- Activities that infringe on the rights of others
- Activities contrary to public order and morality
- Activities that interfere with service operations
- Unauthorized access or hacking activities
- Transmission of viruses or malware
- Activities that place excessive load on the service
- Unfair competition activities in commercial use
- Other activities deemed inappropriate by the Service
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Service Intellectual Property
- Intellectual property rights including copyrights and trademarks related to the Service belong to the

- Copyright of ecomaps created by users belongs to the users
- The Service does not access user data
- Users are responsible for managing their own data
5. Disclaimer
5.1 Service Provision
- The Service is provided "as is"
- We do not guarantee the continuity, completeness, or accuracy of the Service
- The Service may be suspended without notice due to technical issues
5.2 Limitation of Liability
- The operator assumes no responsibility for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the
Service
- The operator is not responsible for data loss or corruption
- Users are responsible for backing up their own data
6. Data Handling
- User ecomap data is stored only in the browser's local storage
- User data is not stored on the Service's servers
- Data management and backup are the user's responsibility
7. Service Changes and Termination
- The operator may change, add, or remove service content without prior notice
- The Service may be terminated at the operator's discretion
- When terminating the Service, we will provide advance notice whenever possible
8. Changes to Terms
- The operator may change these Terms as necessary
- Significant changes will be notified within the Service
- Continued use after changes constitutes agreement to the changes
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by Japanese law
- Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes related to the Service
